Our wait time was long inbetween signing the contract and gettting the work done, but the wait was worth it given the price, workmanship, and quality of the materials.

I had a couple of estimates but liked the roofer who came out from Smart Exteriors, He knew what he was talking about. Also, the price for the job was very competitive.
